2012/2013 Tenancies

Please be advised that the initial online application does not guarantee or reserve you a room. Once you have applied online you will be posted or emailed a booking pack. Once you have completed and returned these documents along with your deposit, a room will be booked and reserved for you.
*NEW* First year students can now book and guarantee a room at Storthes Hall Park for September 2012, safe in the knowledge that if you don't get the grades in August, we will release you from your contract and repay your booking fee and deposit! There is no longer any need to wait until A Level results day, so feel free to send your booking documents and payments back to us now.
*N.B. This deal only applies if the University of Huddersfield is your first choice of University. You will only be released from your contract and have your payments refunded if you do not make the grades. If, come August, you have not made the grades for your course at the University of Huddersfield, please write to us, with proof of your grades, by August 26th 2012. Once this has been received you will receive confirmation from ourselves that you have been released from the contract. For more information, please refer to your booking pack, or contact the Accommodation Office on 01484 473104.
How to Apply
You can apply on-line right away, just complete the online form to register your interest in the accommodation. Applying for the accommodation does not bind you to a contract, nor does it secure you a room, only by signing a License Agreement are you contracted to the room. Once you have completed an online application, you will be sent a welcome pack including a License Agreement. You can download a copy here. This Licence Agreement is for information purposes only. If you wish to book a room with DIGS, please ensure that an application has been submitted via the online application system. Once you have applied forStorthes Hall Park Student Accommodation online, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
